We searched long and hard for Hopin experts who could not only take on full ops project management of our flagship three-day sustainability conference but who we felt comfortable shared our values and professionalism and would act as an extension of our team. The team at SES more than delivered. Over a period of four weeks, they managed all aspects of Hopin, building the website, onboarding over 100 speakers and exhibitors and organising ticketing for over 500 attendees.
